We pride ourselves in always being a merchant and service first company.  We are not tied to any one product or software.  This gives us the ability to be true consultants rather than product pushers.  With so many software and hardware solutions available online, the selection process can be very difficult.  Our team has spent years pouring through various solutions, continuing to update the solutions we offer as the marketplace evolves.  We believe one of the key components to a merchants continued success in business is their ability to choose.  One of the most common requests is the ability to choose which credit card processor or accounting software they would like to integrate with.  Hardware and software are often mistaken for being inclusive of each other.  In most cases if you already have a working computer, cash drawer or VoIP phone system for example, then all you need to do is replace the software inside.

Our process begins by building a relationship with each merchant and learning about how their business operates.  Once we have learned what is most important to each business owner we can recommend a solution that is custom tailored to meet the next set of goals on the company’s road map.  We walk businesses through each step of the process from software to Hardware which includes local installation, programming, training and ongoing support.
